This year’s Christmas Celebration event will be held on Friday 23rd November from 4.30pm-7pm in the Market Place.
This free event includes local schools singing Christmas Carols, small children’s rides, a FREE Santa’s Grotto in the Town Hall which is supported by Bishop Auckland and Shildon AAP, FREE entrance to The Big Purple Play Bus, The Full Moon Street Food Market and much more.
There will also be a visit from a very special person who will make an exclusive appearance on the Town Hall balcony all the way from the North Pole!
