On Saturday 8th June 2019, the Bishop Auckland Town Team are once again taking you back to the 1940s.
With LIVE entertainment, performances and much more it’s guaranteed to be a fantastic feel good event!
There will be a variety of entertainment on the main stage in Bishop Auckland Market Place, from 10am including the The DooWop Dollies, Jenna Highfield and the Aycliffe and Brancepeth Brass Band.
Performances also include the Sandra Welsh School of Dance and the Bishop Auckland Theatre Society.
There will be a selection of military vehicles, food traders and stalls.
Bishop Auckland will be transported back to an era of wartime rationing, tea dresses and swing dancing when the Town Team hosts its second 1940s weekend.
