We are absolutely devastated to create this post, but due to the escalation of a Red weather warning for the North East, issued by the MET Office; Bishop Auckland’s Christmas Town has had to cancel the following events for this evening:
- Full Moon Street Food Markets
- Ice Rink
- Town Tree Illumination Event
- Street Entertainment
Don’t worry Christmas isn’t completely cancelled, as there are still the indoor activities taking place this evening.
Please bear with Bishop Auckland’s Christmas Town whilst we contact everyone with bookings and we thank you for your patience during this time.
This evening’s Après-Ski Party Ft. Oomphah Band performance, along with the workshop with Gillian Arnold and the late-night shopping along Fore Bondgate are going ahead as planned.
We are currently planning for the Town Tree Illumination event to take place on Saturday 27th November at 6pm.
