DESCRIPTION:Bishop Auckland Town Council is pleased to announce the Brick Fairytales\, Enchanted Bishop Auckland Competition which will open on Monday 17th August 2026\, until Sunday 30th August 2026. \nStep into a world of Fairytales and discover enchanting brick-built displays hidden throughout the town. \nThe winner of this competition will receive a £250 Gift Voucher. 🥇 \nAdditional prizes include a £150 Gift Voucher 🥈and a £100 Gift voucher. 🥉 \n  \nCollect your free trail card from Bishop Auckland Town Hall or The Artists Hub. \nExplore the trail by visit participating local businesses and solve the clues along the way. \nComplete the trail and submit your answer on the entry form for your chance one of these fantastic prizes. 🏆 \n  \nCompleted Trail Cards received with the correct answer will be entered into the prize draw.\nThree winners will be selected at random from the pool of correct answer entries received. \n  \nAll completed entries must be received by 11:59pm on Sunday 30th August 2026.\nEntries received after the closure of the competition will not be considered.\nEntries received with a partial\, incomplete or and incorrect answer will not be County Council and Bishop Auckland Town Hall. \n\n\nBrick Fairytales Competition – Terms and Conditions\n\nPromoter\n\nThe competition is organised and promoted by Bishop Auckland Town Council (“the Promoter”). \n\nEligibility\n\nThe competition is open to residents of the UK.\nParticipants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter.\nEmployees of the Promoter and their immediate family members may not enter the competition.\n\n\nCompetition Period\n\nThe competition opens on Monday 17th August 2026.\nAll entries must be received by 11:59pm on 30 August 2026.\nEntries received after the closing date will not be considered.\n\n\nHow to Enter\n\nParticipants must complete the Brick Trail entry form and submit their answers by the closing date.\nOnly one entry per person is permitted.\nNo purchase is necessary to enter.\n\n\nCorrect Answers Required\n\nTo be eligible for the prize draw\, entrants must submit the correct answer to the Brick Trail competition question.\nEntries containing incorrect answers will not be entered into the prize draw.\n\n\nPrize Draw\n\nAll eligible entries with correct answers will be entered into a random prize draw.\nThe winner will be selected at random after the competition closing date.\nThe Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.\n\n\nWinner Notification\n\nThe winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry form.\nIf the winner cannot be contacted\, does not respond\, or fails to claim their prize within 7 days of the initial contact attempt\, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.\n\n\nPrize\n\nThe prize is as advertised and is non-transferable.\nNo cash alternative will be offered.\nThe Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.\n\n\nPhotography and Publicity\n\nBy entering the competition\, entrants agree that if they are selected as the winner\, the Promoter may take and use photographs of them for publicity\, marketing\, promotional materials\, social media\, websites\, newsletters and other Council communications.\nFor winners under the age of 18\, consent from a parent or guardian will be required before any photographs are used.\nPersonal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.\n\n\nData Protection\n\nPersonal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be and the Council’s Privacy Notice.\n\n\nLiability\n\nThe Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost\, delayed\, damaged\, misdirected or incomplete due to technical or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.\nThe Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.\n\n\nCancellation and Changes\n\nThe Promoter reserves the right to cancel\, amend\, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable
