DESCRIPTION:This meeting follows the scheduled Annual Town Meeting at 6:00pm.  Should the Annual Town Meeting conclude before 6:30pm there will be a brief intermission. \nThis meeting is scheduled in advance for information purposes and details may be subject to changes. \nThe Agenda will be attached once Town Councillors have been summoned officially to attend a meeting. \n\n  \nThe Annual Town Council Meeting is the first meeting of the Councils municipal year of which the first piece of business is the election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor; Committees and their membership and Chairperson are agreed. \nThe meeting also reviews the Councils Constitution and Policies are agreed and approved for the year ahead.  In effect the Council is ‘stood down’ and reconstructed. \n
