The Town Council has two ground floor meeting spaces, available for hire on an ad-hoc or more frequent basis.
The maximum capacity for both spaces is 30 people (theatre style), however the maximum capacity will be dependent on the room layout required.
A guest Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Conference Room
The Conference Room is a versatile space with laminate flooring and a large wall mounted monitor, ideal for screen sharing for a presentation and a desktop webcam for video calls. A dedicated induction hearing loop is installed and available in this room.
Tables can be folded and stacked to move between both meeting spaces and chairs are stackable to adapt to room requirements.
Hot water flasks and tea and coffee refreshments can be provided at an additional cost on request.
The room hire for the Conference Room is £20 per hour.
Batts Room
The Batts Room named after The Batts monochrome artwork displayed on the wall has a carpeted floor and and air conditioning unit, ideal for for those warmer days. The room has access to a small table top projector and a projection screen if required.
A portable induction hearing loop is available for use on request.

Kitchenette
A small kitchenette is available on the ground floor, with sink, kettle, fridge with ice box and microwave facilities.
Guests would need to speak to a Staff member to gain access the kitchenette area, however this space can be made available at lunchtime, or at specified times for breaks on request.
