The Annual Parish Meeting will take place at 6pm. The Mayor will present his fundraising cheque to the Butterwick Hospice.
The Annual Town Council meeting is scheduled to follow this meeting, starting no earlier than 6:30pm.
Should the Annual Town Meeting conclude before 6:30pm there will be a brief intermission.
