Bishop Auckland Food Festival returns to Bishop Auckland Market Place on Saturday 18th April 2026 and Sunday 19th April 2026, bringing celebrity chefs, street food traders, live entertainment and fun family activities.
The Durham County Council Festival, sponsored by Bishop Auckland Town Council will take place in from 10:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday and 10:00am to 4:00pm, Sunday.
Each year the two-day event attracts thousands of visitors for a jam-packed weekend full of food, fun, and entertainment.
The festival will feature over 150 independent traders selling everything from street food, cakes, locally brewed drinks, cheeses and chutneys, and even homeware and pet treats.
